Sebastian is a hardware and software specialist at the NIC. His main responsibility is to maintain all scanner peripherals, but please refer to him if you need help starting your experiment or require special needs that are not currently addressed at the NIC. He comes with a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
